Nommerlyne & nommersimbole

Using a visual prompt, such as a number line, can be very helpful when learning about numbers; which number comes before/after and how much is a number compared to another.

Speelkamer is determined to demonstrate and encourage the correct way of forming/writing each number symbol and knowing exactly how numbers work, as this is key to laying the foundations for later counting, adding, subtracting and truly understanding numbers.

Print Speelkamer number line and - cards to make up matching, memory and sequencing games. When practicing to write numbers, use the green dot to GO and the red dot to STOP - just like we do at the traffic light.

You are encouraged to visit us at Speelkamer to learn more, get information/ideas/activities and ensure that your child gets the best chance to perform and shine!
